18days until the deadline for large UAE businesses to appoint an accredited service provider — 30 October 2026
E-invoicing & Odoo/ERP readiness

Your accounting system was not built to satisfy the tax authority. We rebuild it so it is.

End-to-end Odoo and ERP delivery led by finance professionals, not developers: a chart of accounts built around your business, working internal controls, and a direct link to your country's e-invoicing network.

Most ERP projects fail for one reason

The system gets built from a technical point of view rather than a financial one. The chart of accounts is copied from a template, taxes are configured after go-live, and the gaps surface at the first year-end close or the first tax audit — when fixing them is expensive.

We start from the other end: from the financial statements and management reports you need, and from the regulator's requirements in your market, then build the system to produce them. We own the whole project — design, configuration, development, migration and integration — with one team accountable for the outcome.

  • The UAE model is decentralised and PEPPOL-based

using a five-corner architecture where only accredited service providers may operate.

  • Scope covers business-to-business and business-to-government transactions

while consumer transactions are deferred to a later phase.

  • Clean customer and supplier master data is an operating requirement

not admin housekeeping — an invoice is rejected if a single field is missing.

  • Integration is not the last step.

If the chart of accounts and tax logic are wrong, you are simply transmitting bad data faster.

How we work

How delivery works

  1. 01

    Readiness assessment

Map transaction types, audit customer and supplier data, review the current system, and define the gap against the regulator's requirements.

  2. 02

    Financial design

A chart of accounts built around your business, tax matrix, document cycle, approval limits and segregation of duties, and the management reporting pack.

  3. 03

    Odoo configuration and development

Module setup, custom development where needed, migration of historical data and opening balances, and reconciliation before sign-off.

  4. 04

    Integration and testing

Connection to your accredited service provider, testing issuance, rejections and credit and debit notes, and parallel running before final sign-off.

  5. 05

    Go-live and support

Training your finance team on the system, running the first monthly close alongside them, and ongoing support that covers regulatory updates.

Regional coverage

One region, a different compliance regime in every country

Companies expanding across the region hit the same wall: one system, different requirements per entity. That is the problem we take off your desk.
